Scott Milliken has been with Catholic Charities since 1992. Scott started as the Passaic County Lead Trainer and in 2010 became the Executive Director of the Department for Persons with Disabilities. In the spring of 2018, Scott was appointed as the first Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Charities in the Diocese of Paterson. Scott earned his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Seton Hall in 1998, a Graduate Certificate in Non-profit Management in 1997 and a BA degree from Syracuse University in Psychology. Scott has been a Board member of Visiting Health Services of New Jersey, Saint Joseph’s Hospital, and the Health Coalition of Passaic County. He is a Past Grand Knight and active member of the Joseph F. Lamb Council #5510 Knights of Columbus in Oak Ridge. Scott and his wife Mary along with their three daughters Kaitlyn, Shannon and Julia have been active members of DPD's People Need Friends Program for over 25 years.
