Erin Crowley has over twenty-eight years of experience working with individuals with multiple disabilities. In her tenure she has been dedicated to providing comprehensive person centered support services, focused on advocacy and improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Erin’s experience includes the creation and implementation of one of the largest mental health housing programs in Orange County, NY which included the oversight of a dually diagnosed community residence and supported housing project providing services to individuals and families with mental health and developmental disabilities. In addition, Erin has programmatic experience in the full spectrum of services including Residential Services, Service Coordination, Day Habilitation, Supported Employment, Respite, Individual Support Services and Community Based Habilitation services.
Erin was instrumental in the creation of the Orange County Housing Consortium which brought $1.2 million dollars in HUD funding to Orange County, NY to provide residential community options to the mentally ill, children, homeless, and developmentally disabled. She has extensive experience in startup program development, staff training and development. Erin recently obtained her SHRM-CP certification.
Erin also serves her community as member of the Montgomery Planning Board and Ethics Board.
Erin has a Bachelor of Arts from State University of Oswego and Master Degree in Business Administration and Public Administration from University of Phoenix.
