On April 10, Martha Toledo, mother in Toledo Kids Care Foundation delivered 21 Easter Baskets to the Father English Community Center.
These beautiful baskets contained Easter candy, toys, and other treats collected and wrapped by the Toledo children. They were donated to the children served by the Father English Community Center. Delia Rosario, Director of the FECC Center youth programs said that the Toledo family is always thoughtful and generous to their children. The baskets come at an important time when the children are learning about the true meaning of Easter.
The Toledo family is no stranger to giving to the Father English Community Center and Hope House in Dover. Sister Maureen Sullivan, Director of Volunteers, said that several times each year, the family gathers gifts, toys, clothing and food to assist those who are less fortunate. The Toledo family was recipient of the Paterson Diocesan Vivere Christus Award in 2011.
