We Appreciate Our Teachers

Catholic Charities operates 5 Early Learning Programs throughout Paterson to help nearly 800 children ages 3-5.

Since mid-March these schools have been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been working collaboratively throughout Catholic Charities to assure that these children and their families receive the support that they need during this challenging time.

Throughout the last several weeks, educators, students and families have been teaching and learning in the new norm of bringing the classroom into the home. Our teachers have gone above and beyond to maintain connections with students and families.

It's in these challenging times that we further recognize and appreciate how our nation’s educators play such a pivotal role in our children’s lives.
