Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson statement on the murder of George Floyd

Catholic Charities Diocese of Paterson, stands alongside Catholic Charities USA, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, and Pope Francis with their powerful recent statements on the murder of George Floyd and protests in cities and towns across our country.

We are profoundly disturbed by the murderous violence and reckless indifference to human life committed against Mr. Floyd.  

We will continue to advocate for justice in social structures and work tirelessly to provide help and create hope throughout the Paterson Diocese and in our surrounding communites.
