We are proud of the Department for Persons with Disabilities who recently received their reaccreditation from the Council on Accreditation.
The Council on Accreditation (COA) is an international, independent, nonprofit, human service accrediting organization.
Reaccreditation is a tremendous achievement that demonstrates that DPD is recognized as a provider that continues to successfully implement high performance standards and, as such, is delivering the highest quality services to all of its stakeholders.
"I am proud of this accomplishment and DPD’s ongoing commitment to excellence, as evidence by our COA accreditation since 1986. The commitment of our staff is always evident in all they do to provide the highest quality care to some of the most vulnerable citizens in New Jersey. This achievement is certainly a group effort and this success should be celebrated by and shared with all DPD staff," said Joanna Miller Executive Director, DPD.
