To honor and remember our veterans, Most Reverend Arthur J. Serratelli celebrated mass on Veterans Day, on November 11th at St. John's Cathedral in Paterson. Monsignor Geno Sylva, Rector of the Cathedral was concelebrant.
The attendees of the ceremony were graced by the Knights of Columbus Color Guard and the Passaic County Pipes and Drums Band performed.
After the mass, we rededicated a World War I plaque inside the Cathedral to honor the 21 fallen parishioners of St. John's and recognize the 100th anniversary of the Armistice of WWI.
