Service and Scouting Thank you to Daniel Craig, from the Boy Scouts of America,Troop 192, Wayne. Daniel recently completed his Eagle Scout project at our Murray House in Clifton.
Daniel learned about the Department for Persons with Disabilities services, identified a need, put together a proposal, individually raised funds to support his project and constructed a new storage shed at our Murray House in Clifton.
Murray House makes a difference in the lives of 5 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
"Thank you to all of my friends and family who volunteered to build a new shed at Murray House. I would especially like to thank Mr. Benson and Mr. Terranova who helped work on this project. In addition, I would like to thank Will Downing and the volunteers from Al's Shed World in Florham Park who made this project possible. Special thanks also goes out to anyone who donated to this project, including the Parish Family of St. Clare's in Clifton. I hope that the Murray House enjoys this shed for many years to come," Daniel said.
We appreciate Daniel's kindness and hard work, and for following in the footsteps of past Scouts who have been so thoughtful and generous to Catholic Charities!
